Cotton held several leadership positions at large publicly traded GovCons where he supported Army customers such as CIO/G6, PEO EIS, PEO STRI, INSCOM, TRADOC, and the Combatant Command community. He will also be responsible for leading CALIBRE’s Department of Defense and Army growth expansion strategy with key focus in the Huntsville, AL and Augusta, GA regions that align to the company’s long-term, strategic vision. In this position, Sly’s focus will be developing and maturing the core capabilities and market relationships of CALIBRE’s Management Consulting and Digital Transformation solutions.
